Problem
In 2018, AI was still new - especially in fitness. Keepme had a powerful product but faced scepticism: operators struggled to understand how it worked, why it was relevant, and whether it would actually solve their business problems. The challenge was to simplify the story, build trust, and turn interest into booked demo calls.
Solution
I created an animated content strategy that made AI feel approachable and essential. Starting with the flagship Keepme Explainer Video, I broke down the platform’s 95% accuracy AI models into clear, engaging visuals. This was followed by a series of pain-point videos - each addressing a specific operator frustration, from capturing leads to managing retention - and showing exactly how Keepme solved it. The design language and animations were aligned with the new Keepme identity, reinforcing a modern, credible, and innovative brand image.
Outcome
The explainer video became a key driver of website conversions, directly increasing demo bookings. The pain-point videos turned abstract features into relatable solutions, helping Keepme gain early traction and accelerate adoption across the industry. Beyond visuals, the content established Keepme as a thought leader, repositioning AI from intimidating to indispensable within their brand strategy.
